Alicia’s Senior Session

I wanted to share this senior gallery with you all. Alicia’s mom contacted me for a senior session, and we got to work right away. It was a dream session from beginning to end. We were able to communicate on outfit selection and accessories. I was able to offer suggestions while also honoring Alicia’s personal style. We decided on a location based on what they had envisioned combined with my scouting and knowledge. We decided a day and time. Alicia chose three outfit options and confirmed an hour session.

It was summer in the south, and you know it hadn’t rained in months until… the day of our session! We had open communication throughout the day while watching the weather. Of course the highest chance of rain was when we had scheduled to begin. That’s all a part of photography! We decided that we would at least shoot in the greenhouse and see how the rest of the session played out with the weather. Our prayers were answered and the skies cleared over the course of our session. We chased the light as long as we could and ended this perfect session with a beautiful sunset.
